Introduction

Building an adapted plate switch is based more on mechanical ability than on electronic knowledge.

In fact, all we are really doing is making a small switch easier to access.

A switch is just two conductors (or wires) touching to complete a circuit (or circle).  When the circuit is closed, power travels to the device.  When the circuit opens, it stops.

That is all the electronics you need to know to build the adapted plate switch.

There are four soldering events to complete this project.
